LOVING CHILDREN AS GOD DOES		하나님처럼 아이들을 사랑하라
[ Mark 10:13 - 10:16 ] - hymn 563 The kingdom of God belongs to such as these. [ MARK 10:14 ] All summer long, the children in the house behind ours spend hours swinging on their swing set. Their noisy swing set. Its creaky noise doesn’t bother the children who seem, some days, to swing endlessly. Complaining, I asked my husband why their parents don’t oil the swing. Praying about it, however, I noticed a change in my heart. I could see the children’s laughter and joy bursting from the trust they find in their family’s yard, and in having parents within calling distance nearby. Jesus spoke of such trust when speaking of children. People were bringing their children to Jesus so He could bless them, but His annoyed disciples scolded the parents, rebuking them (MARK 10:13). Seeing this, Christ “was indignant” (V. 14). “Let the little children come to me,” He told them, “and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” He added, “Anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it” (VV. 14-15). He’d already taught His disciples this when they’d argued who among them was greatest. Taking a child in His arms, on another occasion, Jesus said, “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me” (9:37). Demonstrating the same idea, “He took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them” (10:16). What beautiful reminders to be childlike in our trust in Jesus. PATRICIA RAYBON		[ 마가복음 10:13 - 10:16 ] - 찬송가 563 장 하나님의 나라는 이런 자의 것이니라 [마가복음 10:14] 우리 뒷집 아이들은 여름 내내 자기집 그네를 타며 몇 시간씩 놀았습니다. 그네는 정말 시끄러웠습니다. 아이들은 삐걱거리는 소리도 귀에 들리지 않는 듯 어떤 날은 종일 그네만 타는 것 같았습니다. 나는 남편에게 왜 그 집 부모는 그네에 기름을 치지 않는지 모르겠다며 불평했습니다. 그런데 이것을 두고 기도를 하다가 내 마음이 달라지기 시작했습니다. 나는 바로 자기네 집 마당에서, 그것도 엄마 아빠를 부르면 금방 달려올 수 있는 가까운데 두고 아무 걱정 없이 마음껏 웃으며 노는 아이들을 이해할 수 있었습니다. 예수님이 아이들에 대해 하신 말씀은 바로 이런 믿음이었습니다. 사람들이 아이들을 데리고 와서 예수님에게 축복을 받게 하려 했으나 이를 귀찮게 여긴 제자들은 그들을 꾸짖었습니다(마가복음 10:13). 예수님은 이 모습을 보고 “노하셨습니다”(14절). “어린 아이들이 내게 오는 것을 용납하고 금하지 말라 하나님의 나라는 이런 자의 것이니라.” 이어서 “누구 든지 하나님의 나라를 어린 아이와 같이 받들지 않는 자는 결단코 그 곳에 들어가지 못하리라” 하셨습니다(14–15절). 예수님은 제자들이 서로 누가 더 큰가를 놓고 다툴 때에 이미 그들에게 그것을 가르치셨습니다. 또 다른 자리에서도 예수님은 한 아이를 안으시며 “누구 든지 내 이름으로 이런 어린 아이 하나를 영접하면 곧 나를 영접함이라”(9:37) 고 말씀하셨습니다. 예수님은 같은 이유로 “그 어린 아이들을 안고 그들 위에 안수하시고 축복하셨습니다”(10:16). 우리가 예수님을 믿을 때 어린 아이와 같아야 한다는, 참으로 아름다운 교훈입니다.

13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them.

14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”

16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.

아이들이 기뻐하는 것을 볼 때 당신에게 어떤 기쁨이 생깁니까?
때로 당신을 귀찮게 하는 사람들을 사랑하는 법을 어떻게 배울 수 있을까요?

영존하시는 사랑의 하나님, 다른 이를 향한 사랑이 제 안에 자라게 하소서.

13 ○사람들이 예수께서 만져 주심을 바라고 어린 아이들을 데리고 오매 제자들이 꾸짖거늘

14 예수께서 보시고 노하시어 이르시되 어린 아이들이 내게 오는 것을 용납하고 금하지 말라 하나님의 나라가 이런 자의 것이니라

15 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 누구든지 하나님의 나라를 어린 아이와 같이 받들지 않는 자는 결단코 그 곳에 들어가지 못하리라 하시고

16 그 어린 아이들을 안고 그들 위에 안수하시고 축복하시니라
