1Praise the LORD! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting. 2 The LORD builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the outcasts of Israel. 3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. 4 He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names. 5 Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure. 6 The LORD lifts up the humble; he casts the wicked to the ground. 7 Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; make melody to our God on the lyre! 8 He covers the heavens with clouds; he prepares rain for the earth; he makes grass grow on the hills. 9 He gives to the beasts their food, and to the young ravens that cry. 10 His delight is not in the strength of the horse, nor his pleasure in the legs of a man, 11 but the LORD takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who hope in his steadfast love. 12 Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem! Praise your God, O Zion! 13 For he strengthens the bars of your gates; he blesses your children within you. 14 He makes peace in your borders; he fills you with the finest of the wheat. 15 He sends out his command to the earth; his word runs swiftly. 16 He gives snow like wool; he scatters frost like ashes. 17 He hurls down his crystals of ice like crumbs; who can stand before his cold? 18 He sends out his word, and melts them; he makes his wind blow and the waters flow. 19 He declares his word to Jacob, his statutes and rules to Israel. 20 He has not dealt thus with any other nation; they do not know his rules. Praise the LORD!
1할렐루야. 우리의 하나님께 찬양함이 얼마나 좋은 일이며, 하나님께 찬송함이 그 얼마나 아름답고 마땅한 일인가! 2 주님은 예루살렘을 세우시고, 흩어진 이스라엘 백성을 모으신다. 3 마음이 상한 사람을 고치시고, 그 아픈 곳을 싸매어 주신다. 4 별들의 수효를 헤아리시고, 그 하나하나에 이름을 붙여 주신다. 5 우리 주님은 위대하시며 능력이 많으시니, 그의 슬기는 헤아릴 수 없다. 6 주님은 불쌍한 사람을 도와주시며, 악인을 땅 바닥까지 낮추시는 분이다. 7 주님께 감사의 노래를 불러드려라. 우리의 하나님께 수금을 타면서 노래 불러드려라. 8 주님은 하늘을 구름으로 덮으시고, 땅에 내릴 비를 준비하시어, 산에 풀이 돋게 하시며, 9 들짐승과, 우는 까마귀 새끼에게 먹이를 주신다. 10 주님은 힘센 준마를 좋아하지 않으시고, 빨리 달리는 힘센 다리를 가진 사람도 반기지 아니하신다. 11 주님은 오직 당신을 경외하는 사람과 당신의 한결 같은 사랑을 기다리는 사람을 좋아하신다. 12 예루살렘아, 주님께 영광을 돌려라. 시온아, 네 하나님을 찬양하여라. 13 주님이 네 문빗장을 단단히 잠그시고, 그 안에 있는 네 자녀에게 복을 내리셨다. 14 네가 사는 땅에 평화를 주시고, 가장 좋은 밀로 만든 음식으로 너를 배불리신다. 15 주님이 이 땅에 명령만 내리시면, 그 말씀이 순식간에 퍼져 나간다. 16 양털 같은 눈을 내리시며, 재를 뿌리듯 서리도 내리시며, 17 빵 부스러기같이 우박을 쏟으시는데, 누가 감히 그 추위 앞에 버티어 설 수 있겠느냐? 18 그러나 주님은 말씀을 보내셔서 그것들을 녹이시고, 바람을 불게 하시니, 얼음이 녹아서, 물이 되어 흐른다. 19 주님은 말씀을 야곱에게 전하시고, 주님의 규례와 법도를 이스라엘에게 알려 주신다. 20 어느 다른 민족에게도 그와 같이 하신 일이 없으시니, 그들은 아무도 그 법도를 알지 못한다. 할렐루야.
