35But someone will ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body do they come?” 36 You foolish person! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. 37 And what you sow is not the body that is to be, but a bare kernel, perhaps of wheat or of some other grain. 38 But God gives it a body as he has chosen, and to each kind of seed its own body. 39 For not all flesh is the same, but there is one kind for humans, another for animals, another for birds, and another for fish. 40 There are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the glory of the heavenly is of one kind, and the glory of the earthly is of another. 41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for star differs from star in glory. 42 So is it with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable; what is raised is imperishable. 43 It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 45 Thus it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam became a life-giving spirit. 46 But it is not the spiritual that is first but the natural, and then the spiritual. 47 The first man was from the earth, a man of dust; the second man is from heaven. 48 As was the man of dust, so also are those who are of the dust, and as is the man of heaven, so also are those who are of heaven. 49 Just as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the man of heaven.
35그러나 “죽은 사람이 어떻게 살아나며, 그들은 어떤 몸으로 옵니까?” 하고 묻는 사람이 있을 것입니다. 36 어리석은 사람이여! 그대가 뿌리는 씨는 죽지 않고서는 살아나지 못합니다. 37 그리고 그대가 뿌리는 것은 장차 생겨날 몸 그 자체가 아닙니다. 밀이든지 그 밖에 어떤 곡식이든지, 다만 씨앗을 뿌리는 것입니다. 38 그러나 하나님께서는, 원하시는 대로, 그 씨앗에 몸을 주시고, 그 하나하나의 씨앗에 각기 고유한 몸을 주십니다. 39 모든 살이 똑같은 살은 아닙니다. 사람의 살도 있고, 짐승의 살도 있고, 새의 살도 있고, 물고기의 살도 있습니다. 40 하늘에 속한 몸도 있고, 땅에 속한 몸도 있습니다. 하늘에 속한 몸들의 영광과 땅에 속한 몸들의 영광이 저마다 다릅니다. 41 해의 영광이 다르고, 달의 영광이 다르고, 별들의 영광이 다릅니다. 별마다 영광이 다릅니다. 42 죽은 사람들의 부활도 이와 같습니다. 썩을 것으로 심는데, 썩지 않을 것으로 살아납니다. 43 비천한 것으로 심는데, 영광스러운 것으로 살아납니다. 약한 것으로 심는데, 강한 것으로 살아납니다. 44 자연적인 몸으로 심는데, 신령한 몸으로 살아납니다. 자연적인 몸이 있으면, 신령한 몸도 있습니다. 45 성경에 “첫 사람 아담은 산 영이 되었다”고 기록한 바와 같이, 마지막 아담은 생명을 주시는 영이 되셨습니다. 46 그러나 신령한 것이 먼저가 아닙니다. 자연적인 것이 먼저요, 그 다음이 신령한 것입니다. 47 첫 사람은 땅에서 났으므로 흙으로 되어 있지만, 둘째 사람은 하늘에서 났습니다. 48 흙으로 빚은 그 사람과 같이, 흙으로 되어 있는 사람들이 그러하고, 하늘에 속한 그분과 같이, 하늘에 속한 사람들이 그러합니다. 49 흙으로 빚은 그 사람의 형상을 우리가 입은 것과 같이, 우리는 또한 하늘에 속한 그분의 형상을 입을 것입니다.
