Clothed by God		하나님이 입히시는 옷
[ Zechariah 3:1 - 3:10 ] - hymn 87 See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put fine garments on you. Zechariah 3:4 When my kids were toddlers, they would play outside in our sodden English garden and quickly become covered in mud and dirt. For their good and the good of my floor, I¡¯d remove their clothes at the door and wrap them in towels before sticking them in the bath. They¡¯d soon move from dirty to clean with the addition of soap, water, and hugs. In a vision given to Zechariah, we see Joshua, a high priest, covered in rags that represent sin and wrongdoing(Zech. 3:3). But the Lord makes him clean, removing his filthy clothes and covering him in rich garments(3:5). The new turban and robe signify that the Lord has taken his sins from him. We too can receive God¡¯s cleansing as we become free of our wrongdoing through the saving work of Jesus. As a result of His death on the cross, we can have the mud and sins that cling to us washed away as we receive the robes of God¡¯s sons and daughters. No longer are we defined by what we¡¯ve done wrong(whether lying, gossiping, stealing, coveting, or other), but we can claim the names God gives to those He loves—restored, renewed, cleansed, free. Ask God to remove any filthy rags you¡¯re wearing so you too can put on the wardrobe He has reserved for you. Amy Boucher Pye		[ 스가랴 3:1 - 3:10 ] - 찬송가 87 장 내가 네 죄악을 제거하여 버렸으니 네게 아름다운 옷을 입히리라 스가랴 3:4 우리 애들이 아주 어렸을 때 집 밖의 질척한 영국식 정원에서 놀곤 했는데, 그러면 금방 진흙과 먼지투성이가 되어버렸습니다. 아이들과 집 마루를 위해 나는 문 앞에서 아이들의 옷을 벗기고 욕조에 집어넣기 전에 먼저 수건으로 아이들의 몸을 감쌌습니다. 그들은 비누와 물로 씻으며 서로 껴안고 하면서 더러운 몸이 곧 깨끗하게 바뀌었습니다. 스가랴에게 주신 환상을 통해 우리는 대제사장인 여호수아가 죄와 허물을 의미하는 더러운 옷을 입고 있는 것을 봅니다(슥 3:3). 그러나 주님께서 그의 더러운 옷을 벗기고 아름다운 옷을 입혀주시면서 그를 깨끗하게 해주십니다(3:5). 새로운 관과 옷은 주님께서 그의 죄악을 그에게서 제거하셨다는 것을 의미합니다. 예수님의 구원의 역사를 통해 우리의 허물이 사라지기 때문에 우리 또한 하나님께서 깨끗하게 해주시는 것을 체험할 수 있습니다. 예수 그리스도께서 십자가에서 죽으신 결과로 우리는 우리에게 들러붙어 있는 진흙과 죄들을 씻어내고 하나님의 자녀로서의 옷을 받을 수 있습니다. 우리는 더 이상 우리가 저지른 잘못(그것이 거짓말이나 험담, 도둑질, 탐심, 혹은 그 외 어떤 것이든)으로 규정되지 않습니다. 그 대신 하나님이 사랑하는 자, 곧 회복되고 새로워지고 깨끗해지고 자유로워진 자들에게 주시는 이름을 확보할 수 있습니다. 당신이 입고 있는 더러운 누더기를 벗겨달라고 하나님께 기도하면 당신도 하나님께서 당신을 위해 예비하신 옷을 입을 수 있습니다.

• Lord Jesus, through Your saving death on the cross we can find acceptance and love. May we receive this gift for Your glory.

Who can wash away my sin? Jesus!

1. Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right side to accuse him.
2. The LORD said to Satan, "The LORD rebuke you, Satan! The LORD, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is not this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?"
3. Now Joshua was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the angel.
4. The angel said to those who were standing before him, "Take off his filthy clothes." Then he said to Joshua, "See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put rich garments on you."
5. Then I said, "Put a clean turban on his head." So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him, while the angel of the LORD stood by.
6. The angel of the LORD gave this charge to Joshua:
7. "This is what the LORD Almighty says: `If you will walk in my ways and keep my requirements, then you will govern my house and have charge of my courts, and I will give you a place among these standing here.
8. "`Listen, O high priest Joshua and your associates seated before you, who are men symbolic of things to come: I am going to bring my servant, the Branch.
9. See, the stone I have set in front of Joshua! There are seven eyes on that one stone, and I will engrave an inscription on it,' says the LORD Almighty, `and I will remove the sin of this land in a single day.
10. "`In that day each of you will invite his neighbor to sit under his vine and fig tree,' declares the LORD Almighty."

• 주 예수님, 우리를 구원하시려 십자가 위에서의 주님의 죽음을 통해 우리는 용납과 사랑을 발견합니다. 주님의 영광을 위해 이 선물을 받게 하소서.

누가 내 죄를 깨끗이 씻을 수 있는가? 그분은 바로 예수님이시다!

1. 대제사장 여호수아는 여호와의 천사 앞에 섰고 사탄은 그의 오른쪽에 서서 그를 대적하는 것을 여호와께서 내게 보이시니라
2. 여호와께서 사탄에게 이르시되 사탄아 여호와께서 너를 책망하노라 예루살렘을 택한 여호와께서 너를 책망하노라 이는 불에서 꺼낸 그슬린 나무가 아니냐 하실 때에
3. 여호수아가 더러운 옷을 입고 천사 앞에 서 있는지라
4. 여호와께서 자기 앞에 선 자들에게 명령하사 그 더러운 옷을 벗기라 하시고 또 여호수아에게 이르시되 내가 네 죄악을 제거하여 버렸으니 네게 아름다운 옷을 입히리라 하시기로
5. 내가 말하되 정결한 관을 그의 머리에 씌우소서 하매 곧 정결한 관을 그 머리에 씌우며 옷을 입히고 여호와의 천사는 곁에 섰더라
6. 여호와의 천사가 여호수아에게 증언하여 이르되
7. 만군의 여호와의 말씀에 네가 만일 내 도를 행하며 내 규례를 지키면 네가 내 집을 다스릴 것이요 내 뜰을 지킬 것이며 내가 또 너로 여기 섰는 자들 가운데에 왕래하게 하리라
8. 대제사장 여호수아야 너와 네 앞에 앉은 네 동료들은 내 말을 들을 것이니라 이들은 예표의 사람들이라 내가 내 종 싹을 나게 하리라
9. 만군의 여호와가 말하노라 내가 너 여호수아 앞에 세운 돌을 보라 한 돌에 일곱 눈이 있느니라 내가 거기에 새길 것을 새기며 이 땅의 죄악을 하루에 제거하리라
10. 만군의 여호와가 말하노라 그 날에 너희가 각각 포도나무와 무화과나무 아래로 서로 초대하리라 하셨느니라
