[ Hebrews 10:19 - 10:25 ] - hymn 219 Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. - Hebrews 10:24 While standing in line for a popular attraction at Disneyland, I noticed that most people were talking and smiling instead of complaining about the long wait. It made me ponder what made waiting in that line an enjoyable experience. The key seemed to be that very few people were there by themselves. Instead, friends, families, groups, and couples were sharing the experience, which was far different than standing in line alone. The Christian life is meant to be lived in company with others, not alone. Hebrews 10:19–25 urges us to live in community with other followers of Jesus. ¡°Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings .... Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together¡±(vv.22–25). In community we reassure and reinforce each other, ¡°encouraging one another¡±(v.25). Even our most difficult days can become a meaningful part of our journey of faith when others share them with us. Don¡¯t face life alone. Let us travel together.		[ 히브리서 10:19 - 10:25 ] - 찬송가 219 장 서로 돌아보아 사랑과 선행을 격려하며 - 히브리서 10:24 디즈니랜드에서 인기 있는 놀이를 즐기려 줄을 서있는 동안 나는 대부분의 사람들이 오래 기다리는 것을 불평하는 대신 웃으면서 서로 이야기하고 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 나는 무엇이 줄을 서서 기다리는 것을 즐겁게 만드는지 곰곰이 생각해보았습니다. 그것은 바로 그곳에는 혼자인 사람이 거의 없다는 것이었습니다. 대부분 친구나 가족, 단체, 그리고 커플들이 서로 경험을 나누고 있어서, 혼자 줄 서 있는 모습과는 아주 달랐습니다. 그리스도인의 삶도 혼자가 아닌 다른 사람들과 함께 어우러져서 사는 것에 목적을 두어야 합니다. 히브리서 10:19-25은 우리가 예수님을 따르는 다른 사람들과 함께 어우러져 살 것을 강권하고 있습니다. “참 마음과 온전한 믿음으로 하나님께 나아가자 또 약속하신 이는 미쁘시니 우리가 믿는 도리의 소망을 움직이지 말며 굳게 잡고 서로 돌아보아 사랑과 선행을 격려하며 모이기를 폐하는 어떤 사람들의 습관과 같이 하지 말자”(22-25절). 공동체 안에서 우리는 서로를 격려하면서 서로에게 확신과 힘을 더해주어야 합니다(25절). 다른 사람들과 삶을 함께 나누게 될 때, 우리 인생의 가장 힘든 날들조차도 그것은 의미 있는 믿음의 여정이 될 것입니다. 삶을 혼자 짊어지지 말고, 우리 함께 그 길을 걸어갑시다.

Lord, may we fulfill Your calling today by walking the road of faith and encouragement with others.

Life in Christ is meant to be a shared experience.

Hebrews 10:19–25

[19] Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,
[20] by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,
[21] and having a High Priest over the house of God,
[22] let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
[23] Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
[24] And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
[25] not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

주님, 오늘 우리가 다른 사람들과 믿음과 격려의 여정을 함께 하면서 하나님의 부르심에 부응할 수 있게 하소서.

그리스도 안에서의 삶은 경험을 나누는 삶이 되어야 한다.

히브리서 10:19–25

[19] 그러므로 형제들아 우리가 예수의 피를 힘입어 성소에 들어갈 담력을 얻었나니
[20] 그 길은 우리를 위하여 휘장 가운데로 열어 놓으신 새로운 살 길이요 휘장은 곧 그의 육체니라
[21] 또 하나님의 집 다스리는 큰 제사장이 계시매
[22] 우리가 마음에 뿌림을 받아 악한 양심으로부터 벗어나고 몸은 맑은 물로 씻음을 받았으니 참 마음과 온전한 믿음으로 하나님께 나아가자
[23] 또 약속하신 이는 미쁘시니 우리가 믿는 도리의 소망을 움직이지 말며 굳게 잡고
[24] 서로 돌아보아 사랑과 선행을 격려하며
[25] 모이기를 폐하는 어떤 사람들의 습관과 같이 하지 말고 오직 권하여 그 날이 가까움을 볼수록 더욱 그리하자
