The Joy of Your Presence		주님의 임재가 주는 기쁨
[ Psalms 145:1 - 145:18 ] - hymn 36 Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods. - Psalm 96:4 Man¡¯s chief end is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever,¡± says the Westminster Catechism. Much of Scripture calls for joyful gratitude and adoration of the living God. When we honor God, we celebrate Him as the Source from which all goodness flows. When we praise God from our heart we fi-nd ourselves in that joyful state for which we were created. Just as a beautiful sunset or a peaceful pastoral scene points to the majesty of the Creator, so worship draws us into a close spiritual union with Him. The psalmist says, ¡°Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise ... The Lord is near to all who call on him¡± (Ps.145:3,18). God does not need our praise, but we need to praise God. By basking in His presence we drink in the joy of His infinite love and rejoice in the One who came to redeem and restore us. ¡°In your presence there is fullness of joy,¡± the psalmist says. ¡°At your right hand are pleasures forevermore¡±(Ps.16:11 esv). - Dennis Fisher		[ 시편 145:1 - 145:18 ] - 찬송가 36 장 여호와는 위대하시니 지극히 찬양할 것이요 모든 신들보다 경외할 것임이여 - 시편 96:4 웨스트민스터 소요리문답은 “사람의 제일 되는 목적은 하나님을 영화롭게 하는 것과 영원토록 그를 즐거워하는 것이다”라고 말합니다. 성경의 많은 부분은 살아계신 하나님을 경배하며 기쁜 마음으로 감사하라고 요구하고 있습니다. 우리가 하나님을 영화롭게 할 때, 우리는 모든 선한 것의 근원이 되시는 하나님을 찬양하는 것입니다. 우리가 마음으로부터 주님을 찬양할 때 기쁨이 우리가 창조되었을 때와 같은 경지에 다다르는 것을 경험합니다. 아름다운 석양이나 평화로운 전원의 광경이 우리 창조주의 위엄을 보여주듯이, 찬양은 우리를 주님과의 밀접한 영적 연합으로 이끌어줍니다. 시편기자는 말합니다. “여호와는 위대하시니 크게 찬양할 것이라…여호와께서는 자기에게 간구하는…모든 자에게 가까이 하시는도다”(시 145:3, 18). 하나님은 우리의 찬양을 필요로 하지 않으시지만, 우리는 하나님을 찬양할 필요가 있습니다. 주님의 임재 안에 거함으로써 우리는 주님의 무한한 사랑을 만끽하고, 우리를 구속하고 회복시키러 오신 주님 안에서 기쁨을 누릴 수 있습니다. 시편기자가 말하는 것처럼 “주의 앞에는 충만한 기쁨이 있고 주의 오른쪽에는 영원한 즐거움이” 있습니다(시 16:11).

Dear Lord, You are the great and mighty God, the Creator of the universe. I will praise Your name always. There is no God besides You.

Worship is a heart overflowing with praise to God.

Psalm 145:1-18

[1] A Praise of David. I will extol You, my God, O King; And I will bless Your name forever and ever.
[2] Every day I will bless You, And I will praise Your name forever and ever.
[3] Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.
[4] One generation shall praise Your works to another, And shall declare Your mighty acts.
[5] I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, And on Your wondrous works.
[6] Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, And I will declare Your greatness.
[7] They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, And shall sing of Your righteousness.
[8] The LORD is gracious and full of compassion, Slow to anger and great in mercy.
[9] The LORD is good to all, And His tender mercies are over all His works.
[10] All Your works shall praise You, O LORD, And Your saints shall bless You.
[11] They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, And talk of Your power,
[12] To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, And the glorious majesty of His kingdom.
[13] Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And Your dominion endures throughout all generations.
[14] The LORD upholds all who fall, And raises up all who are bowed down.
[15] The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season.
[16] You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing.
[17] The LORD is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works.
[18] The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.

사랑하는 주님, 주님은 위대하고 전능하신 하나님이시요, 우주의 창조주이십니다. 제가 항상 주님의 이름을 찬양하겠습니다. 주님만이 하나님이십니다.

예배란 하나님을 찬양하는 것으로 넘쳐흐르는 마음이다.

시편 145:1-18

[1] [다윗의 찬송시] 왕이신 나의 하나님이여 내가 주를 높이고 영원히 주의 이름을 송축하리이다
[2] 내가 날마다 주를 송축하며 영원히 주의 이름을 송축하리이다
[3] 여호와는 위대하시니 크게 찬양할 것이라 그의 위대하심을 측량하지 못하리로다
[4] 대대로 주께서 행하시는 일을 크게 찬양하며 주의 능한 일을 선포하리로다
[5] 주의 존귀하고 영광스러운 위엄과 주의 기이한 일들을 나는 작은 소리로 읊조리리이다
[6] 사람들은 주의 두려운 일의 권능을 말할 것이요 나도 주의 위대하심을 선포하리이다
[7] 그들이 주의 크신 은혜를 기념하여 말하며 주의 의를 노래하리이다
[8] 여호와는 은혜로우시며 긍휼이 많으시며 노하기를 더디 하시며 인자하심이 크시도다
[9] 여호와께서는 모든 것을 선대하시며 그 지으신 모든 것에 긍휼을 베푸시는도다
[10] 여호와여 주께서 지으신 모든 것들이 주께 감사하며 주의 성도들이 주를 송축하리이다
[11] 그들이 주의 나라의 영광을 말하며 주의 업적을 일러서
[12] 주의 업적과 주의 나라의 위엄 있는 영광을 인생들에게 알게 하리이다
[13] 주의 나라는 영원한 나라이니 주의 통치는 대대에 이르리이다
[14] 여호와께서는 모든 넘어지는 자들을 붙드시며 비굴한 자들을 일으키시는도다
[15] 모든 사람의 눈이 주를 앙망하오니 주는 때를 따라 그들에게 먹을 것을 주시며
[16] 손을 펴사 모든 생물의 소원을 만족하게 하시나이다
[17] 여호와께서는 그 모든 행위에 의로우시며 그 모든 일에 은혜로우시도다
[18] 여호와께서는 자기에게 간구하는 모든 자 곧 진실하게 간구하는 모든 자에게 가까이 하시는도다
