Finding God¡¯s Pathway		하나님의 길 찾기
[ Psalms 77:10 - 77:20 ] - hymn 447 Your way was in the sea, Your path in the great waters. — Psalm 77:19 The Channel Tunnel opened on May 6, 1994, nearly two centuries after it was first proposed in 1802 by Napoleon¡¯s engineer, Albert Mathieu. Today the 31-mile passage beneath the English Channel allows thousands of people, cars, and trucks to travel by train each day between England and France. For centuries, people had sailed across the Channel until this surprising new way to go under it was completed. God planned an unexpected route for His people too—one we read about in Exodus 14:10-22. Faced with certain death, either from Pharaoh¡¯s army or by drowning, the Israelites were near panic. But God parted the Red Sea and they walked through on dry land. Years later, the psalm writer Asaph used this event as evidence of God¡¯s mighty power, ¡°Your road led through the sea, your pathway through the mighty waters—a pathway no one knew was there! You led Your people along that road like a flock of sheep, with Moses and Aaron as their shepherds¡±(Ps.77:19-20 nlt). God can create roads where we see only obstacles. When the way ahead of us seems uncertain, it¡¯s good to remember what God has done in the past. He specializes in pathways in any circumstance—pathways that point us to His love and power. — David McCasland		[ 시편 77:10 - 77:20 ] - 찬송가 447 장 주의 길이 바다에 있었고 주의 곧은 길이 큰 물에 있었으나 - 시편 77:19 영불해협 터널은 1802년에 나폴레옹의 기술자 알버트 마티유가 처음 제안한 이후 거의 200년이 지난 1994년 5월 6일에 개통되었습니다. 오늘날 약 50킬로미터의 영국해협 해저터널로 매일 수천의 사람들과 승용차, 트럭들이 기차로 영국과 프랑스를 왕래합니다. 이 놀라운 새 길이 완성될 때까지 수백 년 동안 사람들은 해협을 배로 왕래했습니다. 하나님도 그의 백성들을 위해서 예기치 않은 길을 준비하셨습니다. 우리가 출애굽기 14:10-22에서 보게 되는 길입니다. 바로의 군대에게 죽임을 당하든지 아니면 물에 빠져 죽든지, 이스라엘백성들은 확실한 죽음에 직면하여 거의 공포에 싸여있었습니다. 그러나 하나님이 홍해를 갈라 그들은 마른 땅을 걸어갔습니다. 오랜 후에 시편기자 아삽은 이 사건을 하나님의 전능하신 능력의 증거로 보았습니다. “주의 길이 바다에 있었고 주의 곧은 길이 큰 물에 있었으나 주의 발자취를 알 수 없었나이다 주의 백성을 양 떼 같이 모세와 아론의 손으로 인도하셨나이다”(시 77:19-20). 우리에게는 장애물만 보이는 곳에도 하나님은 길을 트실 수 있습니다. 우리의 앞길이 불확실할 때 하나님이 과거에 행하셨던 일들을 기억하는 것이 유익합니다. 하나님은 어떤 상황에서도 하나님의 사랑과 능력으로 향하게 하는 길을 열어주시는 데 전문가이십니다.

Thank You, God, for the miraculous ways
You have worked in the past. Help me to
remember Your power and faithfulness when
I can see only trouble and difficulty.

The God who created a way for our salvation can certainly see us through our daily trials.

Psalm 77:10-20

[10] And I said, "This is my anguish; But I will remember the years of the right hand of the Most High."
[11] I will remember the works of the LORD; Surely I will remember Your wonders of old.
[12] I will also meditate on all Your work, And talk of Your deeds.
[13] Your way, O God, is in the sanctuary; Who is so great a God as our God?
[14] You are the God who does wonders; You have declared Your strength among the peoples.
[15] You have with Your arm redeemed Your people, The sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah
[16] The waters saw You, O God; The waters saw You, they were afraid; The depths also trembled.
[17] The clouds poured out water; The skies sent out a sound; Your arrows also flashed about.
[18] The voice of Your thunder was in the whirlwind; The lightnings lit up the world; The earth trembled and shook.
[19] Your way was in the sea, Your path in the great waters, And Your footsteps were not known.
[20] You led Your people like a flock By the hand of Moses and Aaron.

하나님, 지난날 이루어주셨던 기적적인 일들을 감사드립니다.
역경과 어려움만 보일 때
하나님의 능력과 신실하심을
기억하도록 도와주소서.

우리에게 구원의 길을 열어주셨던 하나님은
우리가 매일 당하는 시련도 극복하게 해주신다.

시편 77:10-20

[10] 또 내가 말하기를 이는 나의 잘못이라 지존자의 오른손의 해
[11] 곧 여호와의 일들을 기억하며 주께서 옛적에 행하신 기이한 일을 기억하리이다
[12] 또 주의 모든 일을 작은 소리로 읊조리며 주의 행사를 낮은 소리로 되뇌이리이다
[13] 하나님이여 주의 도는 극히 거룩하시오니 하나님과 같이 위대하신 신이 누구오니이까
[14] 주는 기이한 일을 행하신 하나님이시라 민족들 중에 주의 능력을 알리시고
[15] 주의 팔로 주의 백성 곧 야곱과 요셉의 자손을 속량하셨나이다 (셀라)
[16] 하나님이여 물들이 주를 보았나이다 물들이 주를 보고 두려워하며 깊음도 진동하였고
[17] 구름이 물을 쏟고 궁창이 소리를 내며 주의 화살도 날아갔나이다
[18] 회오리바람 중에 주의 우렛소리가 있으며 번개가 세계를 비추며 땅이 흔들리고 움직였나이다
