God¡¯s Strong Arm		하나님의 강한 팔
[ Exodus 6:1 - 6:8 ] - hymn 405 I will redeem you with an outstretched arm. — Exodus 6:6 My friend Joann had a strong desire to become a concert pianist and to travel and perform as either a soloist or as a piano accompanist. While majoring in piano performance in college, she developed tendinitis in her right arm, and it became too weak to perform the solo recital that was required. She graduated with a degree in music history and literature instead. She knew Jesus as her Savior, but she had been rebelling against Him for several years. Then through further difficult circumstances, she sensed the Lord reaching out to her, and she turned back to Him. Eventually her arm grew stronger, and her dream of traveling and performing came about. She says, ¡°Now I could play to God¡¯s glory instead of my own. His outstretched arm restored my spiritual life and the strength in my arm to enable me to serve Him with the gift He gave me.¡± The Lord promised Moses that His outstretched arm would rescue the Israelites from bondage in Egypt(Ex.6:6). He kept that promise even though His often-rebellious people doubted (14:30-31). God¡¯s mighty arm is outstretched for us as well. No matter the outcome of our situation, He can be trusted to bring about His will for each of His children. We can depend on God¡¯s strong arm.		[ 출애굽기 6:1 - 6:8 ] - 찬송가 405 장 내가…편 팔과 여러 큰 심판들로써 너희를 속량하여 - 출애굽기 6:6 내 친구 조조앤은 피아니스트가 되어 피아노 독주나 협연을 하며 순회공연을 하고 싶은 강한 열망이 있었습니다. 그런데 대학의 기악과에서 피아노를 전공하던 중 오른팔 힘줄에 염증이 생기는 건염이라는 병을 앓는 바람에 팔이 약해져서 졸업하기 위해서 반드시 해야 하는 졸업 연주회를 할 수 없게 되었습니다. 그래서 그녀는 음악사와 문학으로 전공을 바꿔 대학을 졸업했습니다. 그녀는 예수님이 자신의 구주되심을 알고 있었지만, 수년간 주님께 반항하고 있었습니다. 그러다가 더 어려운 곤경에 처하게 되면서, 그녀는 하나님이 자기에게 다가오고 계심을 자각하고 주님께로 돌아왔습니다. 마침내 그녀의 팔은 점차 튼튼해졌고, 순회 연주의 꿈이 이루어졌습니다. 그녀는 말합니다. “이제 내 자신의 명예를 위해서가 아니라 하나님의 영광을 위해서 연주할 수 있게 되었습니다. 하나님은 팔을 뻗쳐 내 영혼을 소생시키셨고, 내 팔에 힘을 주셔서 주님이 주신 은사로 하나님을 섬길 수 있게 하셨습니다.” 여호와께서 주님의 팔을 펴 이스라엘 백성을 애굽의 노예생활로부터 구하시겠다고 모세에게 약속하셨습니다(출 6:6). 하나님은 반항하기를 잘하는 백성들이 그것을 믿지 않았음에도 그 약속을 지키셨습니다(출 14:30-31). 하나님의 능하신 팔이 지금 우리에게도 뻗쳐있습니다. 우리가 겪고 있는 상황의 결과가 어떻게 되든지, 우리는 주님의 자녀 한 사람 한 사람을 향한 주님의 뜻을 이루시는 하나님을 신뢰할 수 있습니다. 우리는 하나님의 강한 팔에 의지할 수 있습니다.

With God¡¯s strength behind you and His arms beneath you, you can face whatever lies ahead of you.

Exodus 6:1-8

[1] Then the LORD said to Moses, "Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh: Because of my mighty hand he will let them go; because of my mighty hand he will drive them out of his country."
[2] God also said to Moses, "I am the LORD.
[3] I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name the LORD I did not make myself known to them.
[4] I also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, where they lived as aliens.
[5] Moreover, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are enslaving, and I have remembered my covenant.
[6] "Therefore, say to the Israelites: 'I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment.
[7] I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians.
[8] And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the LORD.'"

주의 친절한 팔에 안기세
우리 맘이 평안하리니
항상 기쁘고 복이 되겠네
영원하신 팔에 안기세

뒤에서 밀어주시는 하나님의 힘과, 밑에서 받쳐주시는 하나님의
팔이 있기에, 우리는 우리 앞에 놓인 그 무엇도 감당할 수 있다.

출애굽기 6:1-8

[1] 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 이제 내가 바로에게 하는 일을 네가 보리라 강한 손으로 말미암아 바로가 그들을 보내리라 강한 손으로 말미암아 바로가 그들을 그의 땅에서 쫓아내리라
[2] 하나님이 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되 나는 여호와이니라
[3] 내가 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱에게 전능의 하나님으로 나타났으나 나의 이름을 여호와로는 그들에게 알리지 아니하였고
[4] 가나안 땅 곧 그들이 거류하는 땅을 그들에게 주기로 그들과 언약하였더니
[5] 이제 애굽 사람이 종으로 삼은 이스라엘 자손의 신음 소리를 내가 듣고 나의 언약을 기억하노라
[6] 그러므로 이스라엘 자손에게 말하기를 나는 여호와라 내가 애굽 사람의 무거운 짐 밑에서 너희를 빼내며 그들의 노역에서 너희를 건지며 편 팔과 여러 큰 심판들로써 너희를 속량하여
[7] 너희를 내 백성으로 삼고 나는 너희의 하나님이 되리니 나는 애굽 사람의 무거운 짐 밑에서 너희를 빼낸 너희의 하나님 여호와인 줄 너희가 알지라
[8] 내가 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱에게 주기로 맹세한 땅으로 너희를 인도하고 그 땅을 너희에게 주어 기업을 삼게 하리라 나는 여호와라 하셨다 하라
