A Father¡¯s Invitation		하나님 아버지의 초대
[ Ezekiel 18:25 - 18:32 ] - hymn 273 Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. —Ezekiel 18:31 The Old Testament book of Ezekiel tells of God¡¯s judgment on His disobedient people. The Lord called them ¡°a rebellious nation that has rebelled against Me¡± (2:3) and ¡°impudent and stubborn children¡± (v.4). The graphic descriptions of their sin and the violent images of their coming punishment are appalling. Yet in the darkest moments of God¡¯s lament over His people held captive in Babylon, His love shines through in His call for them to walk again on the path of life. ¡° ¡®Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies,¡¯ says the Lord God. ¡®Therefore turn and live!¡¯ ¡± (18:31-32). God does not ask us to feel worse than we already do about our failures or to try harder to keep His commands. Instead, He invites us to receive a fresh source of motivation and strength—¡°a new heart and a new spirit¡± from Him (36:26-27). If you¡¯re feeling that you¡¯ve wandered too far away from God and that He is through with you, it¡¯s time to embrace the truth. Will you accept the Father¡¯s invitation to ¡°turn and live¡± today?		[ 에스겔 18:25 - 18:32 ] - 찬송가 273 장 너희가 범한 모든 죄악을 버리고 마음과 영을 새롭게 할지어다 - 에스겔 18:31 구약의 에스겔서는 불순종한 백성들에 대한 하나님의 심판을 이야기하고 있습니다. 하나님은 그들을 “이스라엘 자손 곧 패역한 백성, 나를 배반하는 자”(2:3) 그리고 “얼굴이 뻔뻔하고 마음이 굳은 자”라고 표현하십니다(4절). 그들의 죄와 장차 그들에게 닥칠 혹독한 심판에 대한 생생한 묘사는 간담을 서늘케 만듭니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 당신의 백성들이 바벨론의 포로가 됨으로 인하여 애통하심이 극에 달했을 때에 그들이 다시 생명의 길로 걸어 나올 수 있도록 부르시는 하나님의 사랑이 빛납니다. 하나님께서는 말씀하십니다. “너희가 범한 모든 죄악을 버리고 마음과 영을 새롭게 할지어다 이스라엘 족속아 너희가 어찌하여 죽고자 하느냐 … 죽을 자가 죽는 것도 내가 기뻐하지 아니하노니 너희는 스스로 돌이키고 살지니라”(18:31-32). 하나님은 우리가 저지른 잘못들에 대해 현재 뉘우치는 것 이상의 것을 요구하지 않으실 뿐 아니라 하나님의 계명을 더 잘 지키라고 요구하시지도 않으십니다. 그 대신 하나님으로부터 새로운 동기와 힘, 즉 “새로운 마음과 영”을 받도록 우리를 부르십니다(36:26-27). 만약 당신이 하나님으로부터 너무 멀리 떨어져 방황함으로써 하나님과의 관계가 끊어졌다고 느낀다면 지금이야말로 바로 이 진리를 받아들여야 할 때입니다. 당신은 “생명의 길로 돌아서라”라고 부르시는 하나님의 초대에 오늘 응하시지 않으시겠습니까?

Ezekiel 18:25-32

[25] "Yet you say, 'The way of the Lord is not fair.' Hear now, O house of Israel, is it not My way which is fair, and your ways which are not fair?
[26] "When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, commits iniquity, and dies in it, it is because of the iniquity which he has done that he dies.
[27] "Again, when a wicked man turns away from the wickedness which he committed, and does what is lawful and right, he preserves himself alive.
[28] "Because he considers and turns away from all the transgressions which he committed, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
[29] "Yet the house of Israel says, 'The way of the Lord is not fair.' O house of Israel, is it not My ways which are fair, and your ways which are not fair?
[30] "Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways," says the Lord GOD. "Repent, and turn from all your transgressions, so that iniquity will not be your ruin.
[31] "Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel?
[32] "For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies," says the Lord GOD. "Therefore turn and live!"

만일 당신이 알고 있던 진리로부터
반항하고 떠났다면
하나님께로 돌아오라, 주님이 용서하실 것이니
당신을 사해주시려 기다리신다네

미래를 잘 살려면
하나님께서 우리의 과거를 용서하셨음을 받아들여라.

에스겔 18:25-32

[25] 그런데 너희는 이르기를 주의 길이 공평치 않다 하는도다 이스라엘 족속아 들을지어다 내 길이 어찌 공평치 아니하냐 너희 길이 공평치 않은 것이 아니냐
[26] 만일 의인이 그 의를 떠나 죄악을 행하고 인하여 죽으면 그 행한 죄악으로 인하여 죽는 것이요
[27] 만일 악인이 그 행한 악을 떠나 법과 의를 행하면 그 영혼을 보전하리라
[28] 그가 스스로 헤아리고 그 행한 모든 죄악에서 돌이켜 떠났으니 정녕 살고 죽지 아니하리라
[29] 그런데 이스라엘 족속은 이르기를 주의 길이 공평치 않다 하는도다 이스라엘 족속아 나의 길이 어찌 공평치 아니하냐 너희 길이 공평치 않은 것이 아니냐
[30] 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 이스라엘 족속아 내가 너희 각 사람의 행한 대로 국문할지니라 너희는 돌이켜 회개하고 모든 죄에서 떠날지어다 그리한즉 죄악이 너희를 패망케 아니하리라
[31] 너희는 범한 모든 죄악을 버리고 마음과 영을 새롭게 할지어다 이스라엘 족속아 너희가 어찌하여 죽고자 하느냐
[32] 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 죽는 자의 죽는 것은 내가 기뻐하지 아니하노니 너희는 스스로 돌이키고 살지니라
