BE PREPARED		준비되어 있으라
[ Romans 5:1 - 5:11 ] - hymn 246 Having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. - Romans 5:9 Just as her friends were doing, my daughter Melissa was busily pre-paring for adulthood. At school, she was getting ready for college by tak-ing the right courses and had signed up for the ACT college entrance test. Outside of class, Melissa was learn-ing the socialization skills it takes to get along with people by spending time with friends, classmates, and teammates. At her job, she was learn-ing the relational skills needed for a future career of work. At home, Mell was preparing for future family life by experiencing the way a Christian fam-ily would interact. Getting ready for life as an adult takes work, and Melissa was making good progress. But none of that preparation was what she would need. In 2002, when she died in a car accident at age 17, the only preparation that mattered was her readiness for heaven. When the truest test of preparedness came so suddenly on that beautiful June evening-when eternity's door opened for Melissa-she was prepared. She had put her faith in Jesus and trusted His sacrifice on the cross for her sins (John 3:16; Rom. 5:8-9). When she faced the ultimate test of being prepared, Melissa was ready. Are you? - Dave Branon		[ 로마서 5:1 - 5:11 ] - 찬송가 246 장 이제 우리가 그의 피로 말미암아 의롭다 하심을 받았으니 더욱 그로 말미암아 진노하심에서 구원을 받을 것이니 - 로마서 5:9 또래의 친구들처럼, 내 딸 멜리사도 어른이 될 준비를 하느라 바빴습니다. 학교에서는 대학 진학을 위해 적절한 과목들을 이수하고, 대학입학에 필요한 ACT시험 등록도 하였습니다. 수업시간 외에는 친구들이나 급우들, 그리고 팀 동료들과 같이 시간을 보내면서, 사람들과 같이 어울리는 데 필요한 사회적응 방법도 배우고 있었습니다. 직장에서는 장차 가질 직업에 필요한 관련된 기술을 배우고 있었고, 집에서는 믿는 가정 안에서 서로간의 관계를 경험하면서 미래에 꾸릴 가정의 삶을 준비하고 있었습니다. 어른으로서의 삶을 준비하려면 노력이 필요한데, 멜리사는 그 모든 과정을 잘해 나가고 있었습니다. 그러나 그런 모든 준비가 그녀에게 필요 없게 되었습니다. 2002년 멜리사가 17살의 나이에 자동차 사고로 죽었을 때, 중요했던 단 한 가지는 천국을 위한 준비뿐이었습니다. 그 아름다운 6월 저녁에, 그러한 준비가 되었는지에 대한 진짜 시험이 그렇게 갑자기 그녀에게 닥쳤을 때, 즉 멜리사를 위한 영원의 문이 열렸을 때, 그녀는 준비되어 있었습니다. 그녀는 예수님을 믿었었고, 그녀의 죄 때문에 십자가에서 치르신 예수님의 희생을 믿고 있었습니다(요 3:16; 롬 5:8-9). 준비되었는지를 묻는 최후의 시험에 마주쳤을 때, 멜리사는 준비되어 있었습니다. 당신은 준비되어 있습니까?

Romans 5:1-11

[1] Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
[2] through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
[3] And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance;
[4] and perseverance, character; and character, hope.
[5] Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
[6] For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
[7] For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die.
[8] But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
[9] Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.
[10] For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
[11] And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

하루하루는 빨리 지나가고 세월은 신속히 흘러가니
하나님의 때는 바로 지금이라
오늘은 당신의 날, 어쩌면 당신의 마지막 날
가장 귀한 당신의 영혼을 위해 삶을 선택하라!

오늘 죽는다면, 당신은 하나님을 만날 준비가 되어 있는가?

로마서 5:1-11

[1] 그러므로 우리가 믿음으로 의롭다 하심을 얻었은즉 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 하나님으로 더불어 화평을 누리자
[2] 또한 그로 말미암아 우리가 믿음으로 서있는 이 은혜에 들어감을 얻었으며 하나님의 영광을 바라고 즐거워하느니라
[3] 다만 이뿐 아니라 우리가 환난 중에도 즐거워하나니 이는 환난은 인내를,
[4] 인내는 연단을, 연단은 소망을 이루는 줄 앎이로다
[5] 소망이 부끄럽게 아니함은 우리에게 주신 성령으로 말미암아 하나님의 사랑이 우리 마음에 부은 바 됨이니
[6] 우리가 아직 연약할 때에 기약대로 그리스도께서 경건치 않은 자를 위하여 죽으셨도다
[7] 의인을 위하여 죽는 자가 쉽지 않고 선인을 위하여 용감히 죽는 자가 혹 있거니와
[8] 우리가 아직 죄인 되었을 때에 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로 하나님께서 우리에게 대한 자기의 사랑을 확증하셨느니라
[9] 그러면 이제 우리가 그 피를 인하여 의롭다 하심을 얻었은즉 더욱 그로 말미암아 진노하심에서 구원을 얻을 것이니
[10] 곧 우리가 원수 되었을 때에 그 아들의 죽으심으로 말미암아 하나님으로 더불어 화목되었은즉 화목된 자로서는 더욱 그의 살으심을 인하여 구원을 얻을 것이니라
[11] 이뿐 아니라 이제 우리로 화목을 얻게 하신 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 하나님 안에서 또한 즐거워하느니라
