HE ALREADY KNOWS		하나님은 이미 알고 계신다
[ Matthew 6:5 - 6:8 ] - hymn 483 Do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. £Matthew 6:8 Afriend who is a commercial pilot told me about a flight in which he encountered a serious mechanical issue. a problem with dangerous implications. When the situation occurred, the warning lights in the cockpit informed him of the problem and he monitored it all the way to the destination, ultimately landing safely. Once on the ground, the pilot immediately went to the maintenance staff and reported it. To his surprise, the mechanics responded, ¡°We already know about the problem and are ready to fix it. When you got the cockpit warning, we automatically got an electronic warning as well.¡± As he shared that incident, I couldn¡¯t help but compare it to Jesus¡¯ words about our heavenly Father: ¡°Your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him¡± (Matt. 6:8). He said this in contrast to people who believe that they must ¡°use vain repetitions . . . . For they think that they will be heard for their many words¡± (v.7). Jesus presupposes God¡¯s knowledge of and concern for His children. Even though God knows our needs, He still wants us to share our hearts with Him. He stands ready to hear our prayer and to repair our brokenness by His grace. £Bill Crowder		[ 마태복음 6:5 - 6:8 ] - 찬송가 483 장 그러므로 저희를 본받지말라 구하기 전에 너희에게 있어야 할 것을 하나님 너희 아버지께서 아시느니라－마태복음 6:8 민간 항공기 조종사인 한 친구가 비행중 기계고장이 일어나 위험한 상황이 벌어질 뻔 했던 일에 대해 들려주었습니다. 그 친구는 기계에 이상이 생겼을 때 조종석계기판의 경고등에 불이 들어와 문제가 무엇인지 알게 되었고, 목적지까지 계속 계기판을 지켜보면서 결국 무사히 착륙할 수 있었습니다. 착륙하자마자 친구는 바로 정비부서에 문제를 보고했습니다. 그러자 놀랍게도 정비사는 “우리는 이미 그 일을 알고 있고 고칠 준비도 해놓았습니다. 당신이 조종석에서 경고신호를 받았을 때, 우리도 자동으로 전자 경고신호를 받았습니다.”라고 하더라는 것입니다. 친구가 말해준 사건 이야기를 들으면서, 그것을 예수님께서 하늘에 계신 우리 아버지에 대해 하신 말씀과 비교하지 않을 수 없었습니다. “구하기 전에 너희에게 있어야 할 것을 하나님 너희 아버지께서 아시느니라”(마 6:8). 예수님은 “저희는 말을 많이 하여야 들으실 줄 생각하느니라”(7절)라고 판단하고 중언부언해야만 한다고 믿는 사람들과는 대조되는 이 말씀을 하셨던 것입니다. 예수님은 하나님께서 그분의 자녀에 대해 알고 계시며 염려하고 계신다는 것을 이미 염두에 두고 계셨습니다. 하나님께서 우리에게 필요한 것을 다 아시지만, 그럼에도 그분은 우리와 마음을 나누고 싶어 하십니다. 하나님은 우리의 기도를 들으시고, 우리의 상처를 그분의 은혜로 치유하실 준비를 하고 계십니다.

Although God knows our every need,
His work He wants to share;
He takes us into partnership

Matthew 6:5-8

[5] "And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
[6] "But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
[7] "And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.
[8] "Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.

하나님께서는 우리에게 필요한 모든 것을 알고 계시지만
우리가 그분의 일에 동참하길 바라시네
하나님은 우리에게 기도하게 하심으로
그분의 동반자로 삼으시네

기도는 하나님이 미리 아시고 돌보신다는 것을 믿는
신실한 고백이다.

마태복음 6:5-8

[5] 또 너희는 기도할 때에 외식하는 자와 같이 하지 말라 그들은 사람에게 보이려고 회당과 큰 거리 어귀에 서서 기도하기를 좋아하느니라 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 그들은 자기 상을 이미 받았느니라
[6] 너는 기도할 때에 네 골방에 들어가 문을 닫고 은밀한 중에 계신 네 아버지께 기도하라 은밀한 중에 보시는 네 아버지께서 갚으시리라
[7] 또 기도할 때에 이방인과 같이 중언부언하지 말라 그들은 말을 많이 하여야 들으실 줄 생각하느니라
[8] 그러므로 그들을 본받지 말라 구하기 전에 너희에게 있어야 할 것을 하나님 너희 아버지께서 아시느니라
