Marriage God¡¯s Way		하나님 법에 따른 결혼
[ Genesis 2:18 - 2:25 ] - hymn 288 A man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. - Genesis 2:24 The movie The Princess Bride has a wedding scene in which the marrying minister says, ¡°Marriage ... is what brings us together today.¡± Sometimes it is good to remind ourselves of the grand plan for marriage spelled out in Scripture. Marriage creates one new family out of two: Adam said, ¡° ¡®This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh ....¡¯ Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife¡±(Gen.2:23-24). It provides a pure outlet for a divinely designed desire: ¡°Because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband¡±(1 Cor. 7:2). It forms a mutually helpful team: ¡°The heart of her husband safely trusts her .... She does him good and not evil all the days of her life¡±(Prov.31:11-12). Marriage God¡¯s way brings a man and a woman together to honor Him and help society. Celebrate marriage for the ways it brings us together in God¡¯s name. — Dave Branon		[ 창세기 2:18 - 2:25 ] - 찬송가 288 장 이러므로 남자가 부모를 떠나 그 아내와 연합하여 둘이 한 몸을 이룰찌로다－창세기 2:24 「프린세스 브라이드」라는 영화에서 주례 목사님이 “결혼으로 인해...오늘 우리들이 이렇게 함께 할 수 있게 된 것입니다.”라고 말하는 결혼식 장면이 나옵니다. 그 대목은 웃음을 자아내기 위해 한 말이 었지만, 큰 진리를 포함하고 있습니다. 결혼은 참으로 성대한 연합이고, 하나님 자신이 만드신 고상하고 존중해야 할 제도로서, 한 남자와 한 여자를 놀라운 하나로 만듭니다. 때때로 성경에서 기록된 결혼에 관한 원대한 계획을 우리가 생각해 보는 것은 좋은 일입니다. 결혼은 두 사람을 하나의 새로운 가정으로 만듭니다. 아담이 말하기를 “이는 내 뼈 중의 뼈요 살 중의 살이라...이러므로 남자가 부모를 떠나 그 아내와 연합하여”(창 2:23-24)라고 하였습니다. 결혼은 본능적 욕구를 위해 순결한 배출구를 마련해 줍니다. “음행의 연고로 남자마다 자기 아내를 두고, 여자마다 자기 남편을 두라”(고전 7:2). 결혼은 서로 돕는 팀을 형성합니다. “그런 자의 남편의 마음은 그를 믿나니...그런 자는 살아 있는 동안에 그 남편에게 선을 행하고 악을 행치 아니하느니라”(잠 31:11-12). 하나님 법에 따른 결혼은 한 남자와 한 여자를 하나로 묶어 하나님을 영광되게 하고 또한 사회를 돕게 합니다. 하나님 이름으로 우리를 하나로 묶어준 결혼을 축하합시다.

God created husband and wife to complement each other.

Genesis 2:18-25

[18] And the LORD God said, "It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him."
[19] Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name.
[20] So Adam gave names to all cattle, to the birds of the air, and to every beast of the field. But for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him.
[21] And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place.
[22] Then the rib which the LORD God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.
[23] And Adam said£º "This is now bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man."
[24] Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
[25] And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

남자와 여자가 하나님을 따르고
그의 사랑을 함께 나눈다면
결혼이 두 마음을 연합하리니
세상의 어느 힘도 깨지 못하리라

하나님께서는 서로를 채워주도록 하기 위해
남편과 아내를 만드셨다.

창세기 2:18-25

[18] 여호와 하나님이 이르시되 사람이 혼자 사는 것이 좋지 아니하니 내가 그를 위하여 돕는 배필을 지으리라 하시니라
[19] 여호와 하나님이 흙으로 각종 들짐승과 공중의 각종 새를 지으시고 아담이 무엇이라고 부르나 보시려고 그것들을 그에게로 이끌어 가시니 아담이 각 생물을 부르는 것이 곧 그 이름이 되었더라
[20] 아담이 모든 가축과 공중의 새와 들의 모든 짐승에게 이름을 주니라 아담이 돕는 배필이 없으므로
[21] 여호와 하나님이 아담을 깊이 잠들게 하시니 잠들매 그가 그 갈빗대 하나를 취하고 살로 대신 채우시고
[22] 여호와 하나님이 아담에게서 취하신 그 갈빗대로 여자를 만드시고 그를 아담에게로 이끌어 오시니
[23] 아담이 이르되 이는 내 뼈 중의 뼈요 살 중의 살이라 이것을 남자에게서 취하였은즉 여자라 부르리라 하니라
[24] 이러므로 남자가 부모를 떠나 그의 아내와 합하여 둘이 한 몸을 이룰지로다
[25] 아담과 그의 아내 두 사람이 벌거벗었으나 부끄러워하지 아니하니라
