[ Matthew 6:5 - 6:15 ] - hymn 442 Your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. - Matthew 6:8 In my early years as a pastor, I served in small churches where finances were often tight. Sometimes our family finances felt the weight of that pressure. On one occasion, we were down to the last of our food and payday was still several days away. While my wife and I fretted about how we would feed our kids in the next few days, our doorbell rang. When we opened the door, we discovered two bags of groceries. We had not told anyone of our plight, yet our provider God had led someone to meet that need. This reminds me of the Old Testament account of Abraham when he was asked to sacrifice his son Isaac. At just the right moment, God provided a ram instead. Abraham called this place Jehovah-Jireh, ¡°The-Lord-Will-Provide¡± (Gen. 22:14). He is the One who still cares deeply for His children. Jesus said, ¡°Your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him¡± (Matt. 6:8). He is constantly caring for and seeking the best for us—a reminder that in times of hardship, need, and fear, we have Someone who cares. Peter wrote that we can cast all our cares upon Jesus, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). We can turn to Him in our time of need. — Bill Crowder		[ 마태복음 6:5 - 6:15 ] - 찬송가 442 장 구하기 전에 너희에게 있어야할 것을 하나님 너희 아버지께서 아시느니라 - 마태복음 6:8 목회를 시작한 처음 몇 년 동안 나는 재정적인 어려움을 자주 겪는 작은 교회를 섬겼습니다. 가끔은 이로 인해 우리 가정도 재정적인 압박을 받았습니다. 그러던 어느 날 우리의 먹을 것이 바닥났는데도 아직 며칠 더 있어야 사례비를 받을 수 있는 상황이 발생했습니다. 아내와 내가 남은 며칠 동안 어떻게 해야 우리 아이들을 먹일 수 있을지 고민하고 있을 때, 초인종이 울렸습니다. 문을 열어보니 식료품 두 봉지가 놓여있었습니다. 우리의 처지에 대해 아무에게도 말하지 않았지만, 우리의 공급자 되시는 하나님은 누군가를 통해 우리의 필요를 채워주신 것입니다. 이 일은 아들 이삭을 번제로 드리라는 명령을 받았던 아브라함에 대한 구약성경의 이야기를 떠올리게 합니다. 바로 그때 하나님은 대신 번제를 드릴 양을 예비하셨습니다. 아브라함은 거기서 여호와 이레, 즉 “예비하시는 하나님”(창 22:14)이라고 외쳤습니다. 하나님은 지금도 당신의 자녀를 깊이 살피시는 분이십니다. 예수님은 “구하기 전에 너희에게 있어야 할 것을 하나님 너희 아버지께서 아시느니라”(마 6:8)라고 말씀하셨습니다. 하나님은 꾸준히 우리를 살피시고 최선의 것을 찾아 주십니다. 어려움과 결핍, 공포에 당면할 때 우리를 살피시는 누군가가 있다는 사실을 잊지 마십시오. 베드로는 “너희 염려를 다 주께 맡겨 버리라 이는 저가 너희를 권고하심이니라”(벧전 5:7)라고 쓰고 있습니다. 무엇이 부족하여 필요할 때 하나님을 바라보십시오.

Matthew 6:5-15

[5] "And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
[6] "But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
[7] "And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.
[8] "Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.
[9] "In this manner, therefore, pray£º Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
[10] Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.
[11] Give us this day our daily bread.
[12] And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.
[13] And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
[14] "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
[15] "But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

주님이 어떤 특별한 방법으로
내게 베풀어주실지 알 수 없지만
내게 필요한 모든 것을
은혜롭게 채워주실 것을 나는 아네

하나님이 약속하신 것은 하나님이 베푸신다.

마태복음 6:5-15

[5] 또 너희는 기도할 때에 외식하는 자와 같이 하지 말라 그들은 사람에게 보이려고 회당과 큰 거리 어귀에 서서 기도하기를 좋아하느니라 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 그들은 자기 상을 이미 받았느니라
[6] 너는 기도할 때에 네 골방에 들어가 문을 닫고 은밀한 중에 계신 네 아버지께 기도하라 은밀한 중에 보시는 네 아버지께서 갚으시리라
[7] 또 기도할 때에 이방인과 같이 중언부언하지 말라 그들은 말을 많이 하여야 들으실 줄 생각하느니라
[8] 그러므로 그들을 본받지 말라 구하기 전에 너희에게 있어야 할 것을 하나님 너희 아버지께서 아시느니라
[9] 그러므로 너희는 이렇게 기도하라 하늘에 계신 우리 아버지여 이름이 거룩히 여김을 받으시오며
[10] 나라가 임하시오며 뜻이 하늘에서 이루어진 것 같이 땅에서도 이루어지이다
[11] 오늘 우리에게 일용할 양식을 주시옵고
[12] 우리가 우리에게 죄 지은 자를 사하여 준 것 같이 우리 죄를 사하여 주시옵고
[13] 우리를 시험에 들게 하지 마시옵고 다만 악에서 구하시옵소서 (나라와 권세와 영광이 아버지께 영원히 있사옵나이다 아멘)
[14] 너희가 사람의 잘못을 용서하면 너희 하늘 아버지께서도 너희 잘못을 용서하시려니와
[15] 너희가 사람의 잘못을 용서하지 아니하면 너희 아버지께서도 너희 잘못을 용서하지 아니하시리라
