Finders Keepers		본 사람이 임자
[ Matthew 25:31 - 25:40 ] - hymn 163 Inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me. - Matthew 25:40 People who find something of value are generally eager to keep it. In such cases, the notion of "finders keepers" seems like a good thing. But what if the thing we find is a problem? In that case, we're eager to give it up. While working for the US Justice Department, Gary Haugen discovered a big problem. Someone needs to do something about this, he thought. He looked around for someone who could take on the injustice and abuse of authority he had uncovered. But then he realized that God was looking at him. In 1997, Haugen founded International Justice Mission to rescue victims of violence, sexual exploitation, slavery, and oppression. Just as Moses was God's answer for the slavery of His people in Egypt(Ex.3:9-10), so too Haugen and his team are becoming God's answer for those in slavery today. As Haugen says, "God doesn't have a Plan B. His plan is you. You are the answer." God places us in unique circumstances where our abilities match the problem He wants to fix. Jesus said that what we do for those in need, we do for Him(Matt.25:35-40). Have you found a problem? How might you be God's solution? God may want you to be an answer to someone's prayer. - Julie Ackerman Link		[ 마태복음 25:31 - 25:40 ] - 찬송가 163 장 너희가 여기 내 형제 중에 지극히 작은 자 하나에게 한 것이 곧 내게 한 것이니라 - 마태복음 25:40 귀중한 것을 발견한 사람들은 보통 그것을 갖고 싶어 합니다. 그런 경우 "본 사람이 임자"라는 관념이 적절합니다. 그러나 만일 우리가 발견한 것이 문젯거리라면 어떨까요? 이런 경우엔, 우리는 그것을 버리고 싶어할 것입니다. 미국 법무부에서 근무하던 게리 호젠은 큰 문젯거리를 발견 했습니다. 그는 이 문제에 대해 누군가가 나서야만 한다고 생각했습니다. 자신이 알게 된 부정과 권력 남용에 대항할 그 누군가를 주위에서 찾았습니다. 그러나 그는 하나님께서 바로 자기를 바라보고 있음을 깨닫게 되었습니다. 1997년, 호젠은 폭력, 성 착취, 노예제도 그리고 압제의 희생자들을 구제할 국제정의선교회를 창설하였습니다. 애굽에서 노예생활 하던 주님의 백성에 대한 하나님의 응답이 바로 모세였던 것처럼(출3:9-10), 호젠과 그의 동료들은 오늘날 노예 생활을 하는 사람들에 대한 하나님의 응답이 되었습니다. 호젠은 "하나님께서는 제2의 계획을 갖고 있지 않습니다. 당신이 바로 하나님의 계획이며 해결책입니다"라고 말합니다. 하나님은 그분께서 바로잡기를 원하는 문제에 우리의 능력이 잘 맞아 떨어지는 독특한 상황에 우리가 처하게끔 하십니다. 예수님께서도 우리가 가난한 사람들에게 한 것이 곧 예수님께 한 것이라고 하였습니다(마25:35-40). 어떤 문제점을 보았습니까? 어떻게 당신이 하나님의 해결책이 될 수 있을까요? 하나님은 당신이 바로 누군가의 기도에 응답이 되기를 원하실 것입니다.

When God shows you a problem, He may ask you to be His solution.

Matthew 25:31-40

[31] "When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.
[32] "All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.
[33] "And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
[34] "Then the King will say to those on His right hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
[35] 'for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in;
[36] 'I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.'
[37] "Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?
[38] 'When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?
[39] 'Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?'
[40] "And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.'

다른 아무도 할 수 없는 중요한 일이
하나님의 계획안에서 당신을 기다리고 있네
행성들이 우주 안에서 자기 궤도를 찾듯
우리도 우리 자리를 채울 수 있도록 성장해야 하네

하나님이 어떤 문제를 보여주는 것은
바로 당신이 주님의 해결책이 되도록 부탁하는 것인지도 모른다.

마태복음 25:31-40

[31] 인자가 자기 영광으로 모든 천사와 함께 올 때에 자기 영광의 보좌에 앉으리니
[32] 모든 민족을 그 앞에 모으고 각각 구분하기를 목자가 양과 염소를 구분하는 것 같이 하여
[33] 양은 그 오른편에 염소는 왼편에 두리라
[34] 그 때에 임금이 그 오른편에 있는 자들에게 이르시되 내 아버지께 복 받을 자들이여 나아와 창세로부터 너희를 위하여 예비된 나라를 상속받으라
[35] 내가 주릴 때에 너희가 먹을 것을 주었고 목마를 때에 마시게 하였고 나그네 되었을 때에 영접하였고
[36] 헐벗었을 때에 옷을 입혔고 병들었을 때에 돌보았고 옥에 갇혔을 때에 와서 보았느니라
[37] 이에 의인들이 대답하여 이르되 주여 우리가 어느 때에 주께서 주리신 것을 보고 음식을 대접하였으며 목마르신 것을 보고 마시게 하였나이까
[38] 어느 때에 나그네 되신 것을 보고 영접하였으며 헐벗으신 것을 보고 옷 입혔나이까
[39] 어느 때에 병드신 것이나 옥에 갇히신 것을 보고 가서 뵈었나이까 하리니
[40] 임금이 대답하여 이르시되 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 너희가 여기 내 형제 중에 지극히 작은 자 하나에게 한 것이 곧 내게 한 것이니라 하시고
