Fickle Followers		변덕스러운 추종자들
[ Matthew 27:15 - 27:23 ] - hymn 493 The multitudes ... cried out, saying: "Hosanna to the Son of David!" - Matthew 21:9 If you follow sports at all, you know that sports fans can change like the weather. A team's star player can hear 70,000 cheering voices if he does well-or 70,000 booing voices if he messes up. Sports figures easily fall from grace because people are fickle-eager to follow the one who makes them feel good, yet willing to turn against that same person if all does not go well. Scripture contains an example of fickleness that is far more serious. A great multitude in Jerusalem praised, honored, and cheered Jesus on the Sunday He entered the city riding on a donkey(Matt.21:6-11). But just a few days later, some of those same people may have been in the crowd calling for Jesus' crucifixion(27:20-23). On Sunday they worshiped Him, but on Friday they didn't want Him around anymore. Let's not waver in our relationship with the Lord. Sometimes we worship Jesus heartily on Sunday, but the very next day we live as if we find His presence intrusive. Or we tell Him on Sunday that we love Him, but then we fail to obey Him throughout the week. Don't be a fickle follower of Jesus. Worship Him every day-not just on Sunday. - Dave Branon		[ 마태복음 27:15 - 27:23 ] - 찬송가 493 장 무리가 소리 질러 가로되호산나 다윗의 자손이여 - 마태복음21:9 스포츠에 관심이 있다면 스포츠 팬들의 변덕이 죽 끓듯 한다는 것을 알 것입니다. 팀의 인기 있는 선수는 잘할 때는 7만 명의 환호소리를 듣지만, 잘못하면 7만 명의 야유소리를 듣습니다. 운동경기 선수들은 쉽게 관심 밖으로 벗어나곤 하는데, 그것은 관중이 변덕스럽기 때문입니다. 자기들의 기분을 좋게 해주는 사람을 쉽게 따르다가, 그 사람이 잘못하면 바로 등을 돌려 버리기 때문입니다. 성경에는 그보다 훨씬 더 심각한 변덕스러움의 예가 등장합니다. 예루살렘의 많은 군중은 예수님이 주일에 나귀를 타시고 성에 들어오시자 찬양하고 경배하고 환호하였습니다(마21:6-11). 그러나 불과 며칠 후, 그 군중 속에 있었던 사람들이 예수님을 못 박아야 한다고 소리쳤습니다(27:20-23). 일요일에 그들은 예수님을 경배했지만, 금요일에는 더 이상 예수님과 함께 하기를 원치 않았습니다. 주님과 우리와의 관계가 흔들리지 않도록 하십시다. 때때로 우리는 주일에는 예수님을 마음을 다하여 예배하다가 바로 다음날에는 주님의 임재가 성가신 듯 살아갑니다. 그리고 주일에 주님을 사랑한다고 말하지만, 일주일 내내 주님께 순종하지 못하고 지내게 됩니다. 변덕스러운 예수 추종자가 되지 맙시다. 주일만이 아니라 매일매일 주님을 경배합시다.

Let's not be fickle followers
Who say they love the Lord
But live each day ignoring Him
And His life-giving Word. - Sper

Worshiping God should be a full-time experience.

Matthew 27:15-23

[15] Now it was the governor's custom at the Feast to release a prisoner chosen by the crowd.
[16] At that time they had a notorious prisoner, called Barabbas.
[17] So when the crowd had gathered, Pilate asked them, "Which one do you want me to release to you: Barabbas, or Jesus who is called Christ?"
[18] For he knew it was out of envy that they had handed Jesus over to him.
[19] While Pilate was sitting on the judge's seat, his wife sent him this message: "Don't have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him."
[20] But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and to have Jesus executed.
[21] "Which of the two do you want me to release to you?" asked the governor. "Barabbas," they answered.
[22] "What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called Christ?" Pilate asked. They all answered, "Crucify him!"
[23] "Why? What crime has he committed?" asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, "Crucify him!"

주님을 사랑한다 말하면서
매일 매일 주님과 그분의 생명의 말씀을
무시하며 살아가는
변덕스런 추종자가 되지 말자

언제나 하나님을 경배해야 한다.

마태복음 27:15-23

[15] 명절을 당하면 총독이 무리의 소원대로 죄수 하나를 놓아 주는 전례가 있더니
[16] 그 때에 바라바라하는 유명한 죄수가 있는데
[17] 저희가 모였을 때에 빌라도가 물어 가로되 너희는 내가 누구를 너희에게 놓아 주기를 원하느냐 바라바냐 그리스도라 하는 예수냐 하니
[18] 이는 저가 그들의 시기로 예수를 넘겨준 줄 앎이러라
[19] 총독이 재판 자리에 앉았을 때에 그 아내가 사람을 보내어 가로되 저 옳은 사람에게 아무 상관도 하지 마옵소서 오늘 꿈에 내가 그사람을 인하여 애를 많이 썼나이다 하더라
[20] 대제사장들과 장로들이 무리를 권하여 바라바를 달라 하게 하고 예수를 멸하자 하게 하였더니
[21] 총독이 대답하여 가로되 둘 중에 누구를 너희에게 놓아 주기를 원하느냐 가로되 바라바로소이다
[22] 빌라도가 가로되 그러면 그리스도라하는 예수를 내가 어떻게 하랴 저희가 다 가로되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다
[23] 빌라도가 가로되 어찜이뇨 무슨 악한 일을 하였느냐 저희가 더욱 소리질러 가로되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다 하는지라
