The Gift Of Grace		은혜의 선물
[ Matthew 22:34 - 22:39 ] - hymn 276 By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. - Ephesians 2:8 A woman told me that when she was growing up, the kids next door weren't allowed to play with her because she didn't go to church. Later, when she became a Christian and told her mother, her mom replied, "You're not going to start acting like you're better than all of us, are you?" That mom got the wrong impression of Christians from her neighbors. It's good to be vigilant about the influences in our children's lives, but not at the expense of sharing God's love with our neighbors. Jesus' words in Matthew 5:14-16 remind us: "You are the light of the world.... Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." We may feel a tension between living a holy, "separate" life(2 Cor.6:17) and the great commandment to love our neighbor as much as ourselves(Matt.22:39). But these two concepts don't really conflict. A central part of a life of obedience to God is to show concern and love for the lost. Since we did nothing to deserve salvation, we have nothing to boast of. Paul wrote, "By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast"(Eph.2:8-9). Share this gift of grace with others! - Cindy Hess Kasper		[ 마태복음 22:34 - 22:39 ] - 찬송가 276 장 너희가 그 은혜를 인하여 믿음으로 말미암아 구원을 얻었나니 이것이 너희에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이라 - 에베소서2:8 어떤 여인이 어렸을 때 그녀가 교회에 다니지 않는다는 이유로 옆집에서 아이들을 그녀와 놀지 못하게 했었다고 말했습니다. 후에 그녀가 그리스도인이 되었다고 그녀의 어머니에게 말했을 때 그녀의 어머니는 "네가 우리 모두보다 더 나은 것처럼 행동하려는 것은 아니겠지?"라고 대꾸했습니다. 그 어머니는 이웃 때문에 그리스도인들에 대해 나쁜 인상을 가졌던 것입니다. 우리 자녀들의 삶에 끼치는 영향들에 대해 방심하지 않는 것은 좋은 일입니다. 그러나 우리 이웃들과 하나님의 사랑을 나누는 것을 희생하면서까지 그렇게 해서는 안 됩니다. 마태복음 5:14-16의 예수님의 말씀은 "너희는 세상의 빛이라......너희 빛을 사람 앞에 비취게 하여 저희로 너희 착한 행실을 보고 하늘에 계신 너희 아버지께 영광을 돌리게 하라"고 일깨워 줍니다. 우리는 "구분된" 삶(고후6:17), 즉 거룩하게 사는 것과 네 이웃을 네 몸과 같이 사랑하라 하신 위대한 계명(마22:39) 사이에서 갈팡질팡할 수도 있습니다. 그러나 이 두 개념은 전혀 상충되는 것이 아닙니다. 하나님께 복종하는 삶의 핵심은 믿지 않는 이들에게 사랑과 관심을 보여주는 것입니다. 우리는 구원을 받아 마땅할 만큼 한 것이 전혀 없기 때문에 자랑할 것이 전혀 없습니다. 바울 사도는 이렇게 썼습니다. "너희가 그 은혜를 인하여 믿음으로 말미암아 구원을 얻었나니 이것이 너희에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이라 행위에서 난 것이 아니니 이는 누구든지 자랑치 못하게 함이니라"(엡2:8-9). 이 은혜의 선물을 다른 사람들과 함께 나누십시오!

The best witness for Christ shows God's grace and shares His love.

Matthew 22:34-39

[34] Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together.
[35] One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question:
[36] "Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?"
[37] Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'
[38] This is the first and greatest commandment.
[39] And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'

사람들을 감동시키기 위한
언어의 능력을 구하지 않겠나이다
그러나 제 삶이 진실하게 울려나게 하셔서
제 이웃이 축복받게 하옵소서

그리스도의 가장 좋은 증인은 하나님의 은혜를 보여주고 주님의 사랑을 나눠준다.

마태복음 22:34-39

[34] 예수께서 사두개인들로 대답할 수 없게 하셨다 함을 바리새인들이 듣고 모였는데
[35] 그 중에 한 율법사가 예수를 시험하여 묻되
[36] 선생님이여 율법 중에 어느 계명이 크니이까
[37] 예수께서 가라사대 네 마음을 다하고 목숨을 다하고 뜻을 다하여 주 너의 하나님을 사랑하라 하셨으니
[38] 이것이 크고 첫째 되는 계명이요
[39] 둘째는 그와 같으니 네 이웃을 네 몸과 같이 사랑하라 하셨으니
