A Praying Father		기도하는 아버지
[ Matthew 7:7 - 7:11 ] - hymn 482 Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications! In Your faithfulness answer me. - Psalm 143:1 A minister concluded his sermon one Sunday by saying, "If there's someone here who wants help in getting to know God, and you would like me to pray for you, please raise your hand." A young man stood up and said, "Please pray for me, sir. The burden of my sin is too heavy to bear." After the service the minister talked with the man and led him to faith in Jesus. The young man had been wandering around the country for 8 years without contacting his parents, so he decided to write to them and tell them about the change in his life. Several days later, a reply came from his mother: "My dear son, you must have accepted Jesus Christ at the same hour your father went home to heaven. He had been sick for a long time, and that day he was very restless. He tossed from side to side on his bed, crying out, 'Lord, please save my poor, wandering boy.' I'm sure that one of the reasons you became a Christian was Dad's unceasing intercession." A praying father will "ask," "seek," and "knock" in behalf of his children, persistently trusting his wise heavenly Father to do what is best (Matthew 7:7-11). Let's thank God today for faithful fathers who never stop praying for their children. - Henry Bosch		[ 마태복음 7:7 - 7:11 ] - 찬송가 482 장 여호와여 내 기도를 들으시며 내 간구에 귀를 기울이시고 주의 진실과 의로 내게 응답하소서 - 시편 143:1 한 목사님이 주일 설교 끝에 다음과 같이 말했습니다. “만일 여기에 있는 성도들 중에 하나님을 아는데 도움이 필요하고 저의 기도를 원하시는 분은 손을 들어주십시오.” 한 청년이 일어나 말했습니다. “목사님, 나를 위해 기도해 주십시오. 내 죄의 짐이 너무 무거워 혼자 감당할 수가 없습니다.” 예배 후에 목사님은 청년과 이야기를 나누었고 그가 예수님을 믿도록 인도했습니다. 그 청년은 부모에게 연락도 하지 않은 채 8년 동안이나 전국을 방황했었기에 그는 부모님께 편지를 써서 그의 삶에 일어난 변화에 대해 말씀 드리기로 하였습니다. 며칠 후 그의 어머니로부터 답장이 왔습니다. “나의 사랑하는 아들아, 너의 아버지께서 천국 본향으로 가신 바로 그 시간에 네가 예수 그리스도를 영접한 것 같구나. 네 아버지는 오래 동안 앓으셨는데 그날 따라 몹시 안절부절 하셨단다. 침대에서 몸을 이리저리 뒤척거리시며 ‘주님, 제발 방황하고 있는 불쌍한 제 아들을 구원해 주십시오’라고 외치셨단다. 나는 네가 그리스도인이 된 이유 중의 하나가 아버지의 끊임없는 기도였다고 믿는다.” 기도하는 아버지는 지혜로우신 하나님 아버지께서 가장 좋은 것으로 주실 것을 언제나 신뢰하며, 그의 자녀들을 위해 “구하고”, “찾고”, “두드릴” 것입니다 (마 7:7-11). 언제나 자녀들을 위해 끊임없이 기도하는 신실한 아버지들을 인하여 오늘 하나님께 감사 드립니다.

A praying father reflects the love of our heavenly Father.

Matthew 7:7-11

[7] "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
[8] For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
[9] "Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?
[10] Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake?
[11] If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!

주님, 진실된 아버지를 위해 감사드립니다.
언제나 그들은 우리에게 당신의 이야기를 합니다.
아버지의 깊은 관심과 보살핌은
아버지의 끊임없는 기도를 확신하게 합니다.

기도하는 아버지는 하나님 아버지의 사랑을 반영한다.

[7] 구하라 그러면 너희에게 주실 것이요 찾으라 그러면 찾을 것이요 문을 두드리라 그러면 너희에게 열릴 것이니
[8] 구하는 이마다 얻을 것이요 찾는 이가 찾을 것이요 두드리는 이에게 열릴 것이니라
[9] 너희 중에 누가 아들이 떡을 달라 하면 돌을 주며
[10] 생선을 달라 하면 뱀을 줄 사람이 있겠느냐
[11] 너희가 악한 자라도 좋은 것으로 자식에게 줄 줄 알거든 하물며 하늘에 계신 너희 아버지께서 구하는 자에게 좋은 것으로 주시지 않겠느냐
