Rejected		거부 당하기
[ Matthew 27:15 - 27:26 ] - hymn 185 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. ? - John 1:11 Rejection hurts. When candidate Adlai Stevenson conceded the US presidential election in 1952, he said he felt like a grown man who had just stubbed his toe. He added, "It hurts too much to laugh, but I'm too old to cry." Little children feel the pain of rejection when one of their peers is chosen instead of them to recite a poem or sing a song. As they grow older, some of them are not going to be chosen for the varsity team. Some of them are going to be turned down by a girl they want to date. Some may marry and have their mate leave them for another person. They may wonder why the Lord allows them to be rejected. I have no easy answers for people who have been hurt like this. I can only suggest that they look to Jesus, remembering how He experienced rejection. He was scorned by His brothers and His countrymen. He heard the crowd demand His crucifixion (Matthew 27:23). On the cross, as our sin-bearer, He felt such abandonment by His Father that He cried out, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?" (v.46). When you feel the deep hurt of rejection, remember that Jesus understands how you feel. He loves you. If you have believed on Him, He has accepted you?and He will never reject those who trust in Him (John 6:37). -Herb Vander Lugt		[ 마태복음 27:15 - 27:26 ] - 찬송가 185 장 “자기 땅에 오매 자기 백성이 영접지 아니하였으나” － 요한복음 1:11 사람들은 거부를 당할 때 괴로와합니다. 대통령 후보였던 애들레이 스티븐슨은 1952년 대통령 선거에서 패배를 인정하면서 발부리를 방금 채인 어른 같은 느낌이라고 말했습니다. 그는 “그냥 웃어 넘기기엔 너무나 아프고, 그렇다고 울기에는 너무 나이 들었다”고 하였습니다. 어린 아이들은 자기 친구 중 하나가 자기 대신 시 암송이나 노래를 부르는 사람으로 뽑힐 때 거부당하는 아픔을 느낍니다. 좀 더 자라며 어떤 아이들은 학교 대표팀에 뽑히지 못하는 경우도 당합니다. 또 어떤 아이들은 데이트하고 싶은 여학생에게 거부를 당할 수도 있습니다. 어떤 사람은 결혼을 하였는데 그 후에 배우자가 다른 사람을 만나 떠나기도 합니다. 사람들은 왜 주님이 자기를 거부당하도록 놓아두시는지 알고 싶어하기도 합니다. 나는 이 같은 고통을 겪은 사람들에게 줄 수 있는 쉬운 해답을 가지고 있지 않습니다. 다만 예수님을 바라보면서 예수님은 어떻게 거부당하셨나 생각해 보기를 권합니다. 예수님은 그의 형제들과 고향 사람들에게서 멸시를 당하셨습니다. 예수님은 군중들이 자신을 십자가에 못 박으라고 요구하는 말을 들으셨습니다 (마 27:23). 예수님은 십자가 위에서 우리 죄의 대속자로서 하나님으로부터 버림받는 아픔을 겪으시며 “나의 하나님, 나의 하나님, 어찌하여 나를 버리셨나이까”라고 외치셨습니다 (46절). 거부당하여 몹시 고통스러울 때에는 예수님께서 당신이 느끼는 아픔을 이해하고 계시다는 것을 기억하십시오. 예수님은 당신을 사랑하십니다. 당신이 주님을 믿는다면 주님은 당신을 받아주신 것입니다. 그리고 예수님께서는 그를 믿는 사람을 결코 내어쫓지 않으십니다 (요 6:37)

Jesus cares and that makes all the difference.

Matthew 27:15-26
[15] Now it was the governor's custom at the Feast to release a prisoner chosen by the crowd.
[16] At that time they had a notorious prisoner, called Barabbas.
[17] So when the crowd had gathered, Pilate asked them, "Which one do you want me to release to you: Barabbas, or Jesus who is called Christ?"
[18] For he knew it was out of envy that they had handed Jesus over to him.
[19] While Pilate was sitting on the judge's seat, his wife sent him this message: "Don't have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him."
[20] But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and to have Jesus executed.
[21] "Which of the two do you want me to release to you?" asked the governor. "Barabbas," they answered.
[22] "What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called Christ?" Pilate asked. They all answered, "Crucify him!"
[23] "Why? What crime has he committed?" asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, "Crucify him!"
[24] When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. "I am innocent of this man's blood," he said. "It is your responsibility!"
[25] All the people answered, "Let his blood be on us and on our children!"
[26] Then he released Barabbas to them. But he had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.

예수님께서 나를 아껴 주신다는
그 생각을 언제나 하며 살기 원합니다.
주님이 나를 친히 사랑하시니
내 앞에 무슨 일이 생겨도 나는 상관없습니다.

예수님이 우리를 사랑하신다.
그리고 그것이 가장 중요한 사실이다.

마태복음 27:15-26
[15] 명절을 당하면 총독이 무리의 소원대로 죄수 하나를 놓아 주는 전례가 있더니
[16] 그 때에 바라바라하는 유명한 죄수가 있는데
[17] 저희가 모였을 때에 빌라도가 물어 가로되 너희는 내가 누구를 너희에게 놓아 주기를 원하느냐 바라바냐 그리스도라 하는 예수냐 하니
[18] 이는 저가 그들의 시기로 예수를 넘겨준 줄 앎이러라
[19] 총독이 재판 자리에 앉았을 때에 그 아내가 사람을 보내어 가로되 저 옳은 사람에게 아무 상관도 하지 마옵소서 오늘 꿈에 내가 그사람을 인하여 애를 많이 썼나이다 하더라
[20] 대제사장들과 장로들이 무리를 권하여 바라바를 달라 하게 하고 예수를 멸하자 하게 하였더니
[21] 총독이 대답하여 가로되 둘 중에 누구를 너희에게 놓아 주기를 원하느냐 가로되 바라바로소이다
[22] 빌라도가 가로되 그러면 그리스도라하는 예수를 내가 어떻게 하랴 저희가 다 가로되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다
[23] 빌라도가 가로되 어찜이뇨 무슨 악한 일을 하였느냐 저희가 더욱 소리질러 가로되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다 하는지라
[24] 빌라도가 아무 효험도 없이 도리어 민란이 나려는 것을 보고 물을 가져다가 무리 앞에서 손을 씻으며 가로되 이 사람의 피에 대하여 나는 무죄하니 너희가 당하라
[25] 백성이 다 대답하여 가로되 그 피를 우리와 우리 자손에게 돌릴지어다 하거늘
[26] 이에 바라바는 저희에게 놓아주고 예수는 채찍질하고 십자가에 못 박히게 넘겨 주니라
