2In that day, “A pleasant vineyard, sing of it! 3 I, the LORD, am its keeper; every moment I water it. Lest anyone punish it, I keep it night and day; 4 I have no wrath. Would that I had thorns and briers to battle! I would march against them, I would burn them up together. 5 Or let them lay hold of my protection, let them make peace with me, let them make peace with me.” 6 In days to come Jacob shall take root, Israel shall blossom and put forth shoots and fill the whole world with fruit. 7 Has he struck them as he struck those who struck them? Or have they been slain as their slayers were slain? 8 Measure by measure, by exile you contended with them; he removed them with his fierce breath in the day of the east wind. 9 Therefore by this the guilt of Jacob will be atoned for, and this will be the full fruit of the removal of his sin: when he makes all the stones of the altars like chalkstones crushed to pieces, no Asherim or incense altars will remain standing. 10 For the fortified city is solitary, a habitation deserted and forsaken, like the wilderness; there the calf grazes; there it lies down and strips its branches. 11 When its boughs are dry, they are broken; women come and make a fire of them. For this is a people without discernment; therefore he who made them will not have compassion on them; he who formed them will show them no favor. 12 In that day from the river Euphrates to the Brook of Egypt the LORD will thresh out the grain, and you will be gleaned one by one, O people of Israel. 13 And in that day a great trumpet will be blown, and those who were lost in the land of Assyria and those who were driven out to the land of Egypt will come and worship the LORD on the holy mountain at Jerusalem.
2그 날이 오면, 저 아름다운 포도원을 두고, 너희는 이런 노래를 불러라. 3 “나 주는 포도나무를 돌보는 포도원지기다. 나는 때를 맞추어서 포도나무에 물을 주며, 아무도 포도나무를 해치지 못하도록 밤낮으로 돌본다. 4 나는 포도원에 노여워할 일이 전혀 없다. 거기에서 찔레와 가시덤불이 자라서, 나를 대항하여 싸우려고 한다면, 나는 그것들에게 달려들어, 그것들을 모조리 불살라 버릴 것이다. 5 그러나 나의 대적들이 내가 보호하여 주기를 원한다면, 나와 화친하여야 할 것이다. 그렇다. 나와 화친하여야 할 것이다.” 6 앞으로 야곱이 뿌리를 내릴 것이다. 이스라엘이 싹을 내고 꽃을 피울 것이니, 그 열매가 땅 위에 가득 찰 것이다. 7 야곱을 친 자들을 치신 것처럼, 주님께서 그렇게 혹독하게 야곱을 치셨겠느냐? 야곱을 살육하던 자들을 살육하신 것처럼, 주님께서 그렇게 많이 야곱을 살육하셨겠느냐? 8 그렇지 않다. 주님께서 이스라엘을 포로로 보내셔서 적절히 견책하셨고, 거센 동풍이 불 때에, 거기에 좀 더 거센 바람을 보내셔서 이스라엘을 쫓아내셨을 뿐이다. 9 그렇게 해서 야곱의 죄악이 사함을 얻으며, 이렇게 함으로써 죄를 용서받게 될 것이니, 곧 야곱이 이교 제단의 모든 돌을 헐어 흰 가루로 만들고, 아세라 여신상과 분향단을 다시는 세우지 않을 것이다. 10 견고한 성읍이 적막해지고 집터는 버려져서 아무도 살지 않으니, 마치 사막과 같을 것이다. 거기에서는 송아지가 풀을 뜯을 것이며, 송아지가 거기에 누워서, 나뭇가지들을 모두 먹어 치울 것이다. 11 나뭇가지가 말라 꺾어지면, 여인들이 와서, 그것들을 땔감으로 주워다가 불을 피울 것이다. 이 백성이 이렇게 지각이 없으니, 그들을 만드신 조성자 하나님께서 그들을 불쌍히 여기지 않으실 것이며, 그들을 지으신 창조주 하나님께서 그들에게 은혜를 베풀지 않으실 것이다. 12 너희 이스라엘 자손아. 그 날이 오면, 주님께서 유프라테스 강으로부터 이집트 강에 이르기까지, 너희를 알곡처럼 일일이 거두어들이실 것이다. 13 그 날이 오면, 큰 나팔 소리가 울릴 것이니, 앗시리아 땅에서 망할 뻔한 사람들과 이집트 땅으로 쫓겨났던 사람들이 돌아온다. 그들이 예루살렘의 거룩한 산에서 주님을 경배할 것이다.
